Tickets: Cancellation Policy

Our refund and credit policy is valid from the date of reservation until 00:00 00 two days prior to the event date. However, full refunds are not available.

In order to qualify for a cancellation, we must be notified by 00:00 two days prior to the event date via the contact form. In the case of the inquiry form, the date and time of submission is a condition. The refund will be confirmed by us via the credit card company and will be sent to your e-mail at the time of your reservation after the refund is made.

Up to 7 days prior to the event: 80% of the total price including tax
Up to 5 days prior to the event: 50% of the total price including tax
Up to 2 days prior to the event: 20% of the total price including tax
